I am passionate about providing support for mothers, fathers, and couples with the major life transition into parenthood. I specialize in providing support to people experiencing struggles that may arise during pregnancy and postpartum, have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, are struggling with infertility, and in supporting people in the day to day struggles of parenthood. I support individuals and couples during the transformational time of pregnancy and postpartum and in adjusting to their new roles and identities.
Couples
I work with couples who are seeking greater intimacy or who are dealing with relationship issues. By encouraging couples to communicate their emotions and needs effectively, I guide them through healing past trauma and building an intimate and secure bond with their partner.
CBT
Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on helping you identify and change negative thinking patterns and behavioral patterns. Through the use of CBT, we will work together on helping you find coping skills and alternative ways of thinking that will help you make changes in your life.
